Introduction 1: Agree
Although many intellectuals think that it is the male leadership that bears the burden of all the violence and conflicts in the world, there are some who think otherwise.
I personally agree with the notion that female leadership would make this a better and peaceful place to live.
Introduction 2: Disagree
Men have ruled the world for the major duration of history, and even today, many parts of the world are still controlled by them.
Maybe this is the reason why some intellectuals blame male leadership for the violence and anarchy in the world.
However, I personally think that it is the capability of a leader, and not his/her gender, which decides how peaceful his rule will be.
