A glance at the graph clearly reveals that there is a prediction for increase in popoulation of people above 60, and a decrease for the young people of the age below 14 by the year 2050
Both Yemen and Italy would expect/would observe an increase/upsurge/climb/soar in the number/proportion/percentage of elderly by the year 2050. Whereas/on the other hand/by contrast, there is a prediction/estimate/projection of a decline/plummet/fall in the younger age group for the same year.

Looking at Yemen in 2000, around half of the population was aged 0-14 but this is predicted to decline by 13% by 2050. On the contrary, the 60+ age group will increase by 2% by 2050 to a figure of 5.7%.

Turning now to Italy in 2000, there is a similar rise predicted for 60 plus age group; from around 24% in 2000 to 42.3% by 2050.
